Start where the water
meets the village.
Bajer is the lake that first introduces you to Fužine. Beside the village, the water gathers the wooded slopes into a second, quieter landscape. Arrive early for still reflections, or return towards evening when the light softens across the shore.
Created as a reservoir in the 1950s, Bajer is part of the working landscape as well as a place to linger. Walk a section of the waterfront, take a break in the village and let the weather decide how far you go. You do not need to complete a circuit to have a good day here.
